Accuracy is our top priority
Every click placement is calculated based on each audio sample with drift adjustment baked in. This means every click is within 21 microseconds of where it should be at 48 kHz, with no delays that accumulate over a long practice session.
Every frame is drawn from the audio clock accounting for the moment it reaches your screen hardware. When your phone gets loaded down, it prioritizes staying in sync and drops frames rather than falling behind.
Swipe, tap ±1, type an exact number, tap a rhythm, or hold for six beats to measure one. Presets keep your favorites just a tap away.

Tempo Lab shapes a tempo change down to the beat. Pick the start and end tempos and how many beats it takes, then shape it: even, mostly early, mostly late, or an S-curve that eases out and in. Add steady beats before and after, loop it until it feels natural, and save it.
Pause, resume, and change tempo without unlocking, from the Lock Screen or a long press on the Dynamic Island. The buttons step through traditional tempo markings (60, 63, 66, 69…) or jump to your four presets.
